The Jazzy Pawz Apprenticeship Program is a WIOA-registered training program approved by the U.S. Department of Labor and listed on Georgia’s Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL).
This 80-week program combines classroom instruction and on-the-job training to prepare future pet care professionals for long-term, high-demand careers in the grooming industry. Apprentices learn every aspect of dog grooming, wellness, and safety under the direct mentorship of Andrea Jenkins, founder of Jazzy Pawz by Andrea.

Program Overview:
- Duration: Approx. 80 weeks
- Curriculum Hours: 288 Classroom Hours
- On-the-Job Training: 3,750 Hours
- Credential Earned: U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Certificate, Jazzy Pawz Pet Styling Certification, and Pet CPR & First Aid Certification

- Pet Wellness: Skin and coat care, health observation, first aid
- Client Care: Communication, scheduling, customer experience
- Salon Operations: Safety, sanitation, workflow management
- Business Readiness: Entrepreneurship, marketing, professionalism
