Most pet parents have a lot of questions when deciding on a new grooming salon. We have collected answers to all of the most asked questions below to help.

How much do you charge?

Pricing for grooming services depends on many factors including coat type, size of dog, time since last groom, and othr factors. We will give you an estimate of what we believe the service will cost, but this can change depending on the work needing to be done.

All clients are required to pay a non-refundable/non-transferable 40% deposit of all services to reserve an appointment.

What if I am running late or have to cancel?
We give all clients a 15 mins grace period for arrivals. If you are over 15 mins late, your deposit is forfeited and you must re-request a new appointment booking.
All clients receive a 25 hr appointment email reminder via the Gingr app. If you give less than 24 hr notice of cancellation, your deposit is forfeited and you must re-request a new appointment booking.
Same day cancellations or no-shows will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. Please read Pet Parent Agreement form for more details.
What kind of products do you use?

We only use high quality hypoallergenic products selected specifically for your pet’s needs. All baths include shampoo and conditioner, a blueberry & oatmeal facial scrub, and oatmeal paw soak.

Will my dog be put in a cage?

We are a cage-free grooming salon which means your dog will not be put in a cage. Our private grooming suites allow our groomers to work 1-on-1 with your pet to provide them with the attention and care they deserve.

How long does it take?

Every dog requires a different level of care and service which can be different for every visit. While we cannot give you an estimate of time, we will notify you 30 minutes before your pet’s services are complete to give you ample pick-up time.

What if my dog is aggressive?

We do not take aggressive dog’s as clients at Jazzy Pawz. This is for your dog’s safety and ours. If your dog shows signs of aggression we will stop the grooming and have you pick them up. 

What if my dog is old?

While we are happy to groom your fur babies into their senior days, if your dog is over 8 years old we are unable to take them on as a new client.

At our Jazzy Pawz Pet Care Suites location off Shallowford Rd, we provide pet care professionals such as groomers, trainers, and pet photographers with beautiful salon suites in a spa-like setting allowing them to work on their own time and at their own speed, without incurring excessive overhead expenses or being subjected to onerous expectations. Depending on your needs, we have select Suites that include a table and tub to help you launch your business with minimum start-up cost. Focus on growing your clientele and income in an upscale, professional setting without worrying about your overhead expenses.
